Getting to Yas Marina Circuit

Yas Marina Circuit is on Yas Island, about 20 km from Abu Dhabi city. Here is how to get there, get in and get home.

Free shuttles for ticket holders

• Circuit Circular: roughly every 15 minutes, stopping at the South, Marina, West and North Grandstands.
• Yas Courtesy Shuttle: roughly every 15 minutes, serving the Main, North and West Grandstands.

In 2024 the shuttles ran from about 9:00 (10:30 on Sunday) until 1:00. Check the official app for 2026 routes and times.

Public bus

Routes 102 and 190 run between Yas Island and Abu Dhabi Bus Terminal, taking about an hour.

Taxis and ride-hailing

Drop-offs are close to the gates. Pick-up points for leaving are near Ferrari World and Yas Mall. If you're staying on Yas Island, walking can be quickest, but avoid the hottest part of the day.

Getting in

• Open your ticket in the Abu Dhabi GP app. Screenshots and printouts are not accepted.
• Use the entrance printed on your ticket.
• Refillable water bottles are allowed. Outside food and drink are not (baby food is fine).
• Leave at home: alcohol, cooler boxes, large backpacks, chairs, stools, umbrellas, drones, scooters, video cameras and camera lenses over 30 cm.
• Children under 2 go free. Everyone older needs a ticket.

Beat the exit rush

The roads and shuttles are busiest straight after the chequered flag. Stay for the after-race concert and leave once the crowds have thinned.
